AKON Freedom Beach Concert @ Sunway

Who the hell is Akon?My friends also complained and said,

" Very hot la, i want AKON (aircond)"

Well, i guess this is not what she means. I myself is not a big fan of Akon previously. I just knew that he sang the song Smack That', Mr.Lonely

Other than that, i've really no idea. Not until i've been invited to his concert by my friend sponsored by CHIVAS.

I went to his concert on the CHIVAS zone or better known as Chivalry zone. Its located just beside the VIP island. Had a good view, but i rather be more closer to the action. But nevertheless, its a sponsored ticket, so what the hell. Lets just go!

Honestly, i was not hoping much in that concert because i just didnt know much bout AKON. Before the concert, i was not very excited about the concert. But one thing did attract me is the stage which is nicely-lighted and looked hype!

The concert was suppose to start at 8 but as usual, some relatively unknown artist started singing and i give them i-dun-give-a-damn-attitude to their performance.

Soon, Akon appeared and the atmosphere just exploded with cheers because everyone was so

excited.

He started singing and soon the atmosphere and Akon just WOW me right away. Never i've been so excited before in a concert !!!!!

Er, i've not been to any concert before. But it was just so exhilarating and exciting to dance to the rhythm of Akon's bass-loaded songs. Everyone in the crowd just started to dance like they don't need to walk for the rest of their life anymore. Included me.

The most memorable part was when Akon just jump to the crowd of people a few times! He did that without prior anyone knowing and he just jump to the sea of people.

How i wish i was there so that i can smack his ass and brag to my friends saying,

"I've hit Akon's ass before, have u?" = P

The concert just made my night one of the best yet! Definately i'll go to another Akon concert anytime soon! Thanks Chivas for sponsoring me to such a nice concert and never to forget my friend.

A great concert, great night, great life. Why ask for more?

Equation of my life

A blink of an eye, days past. And what do you know. Its almost weekend again! This week have been rather fun for me. Good for me cause that is what life should be right? fun and enthusiastic.

Lately, i realized something deep within me. I realized that i've became somewhat more crazy and hype. Crazy in the sense that i talked more and more, and joke more a

nd more. It's nothing wrong right? i'm just young adult enjoying life. I guess its jz me rediscovering myself at the crispy age of 21.

For instances, the other night i went to my friend's Ning birthday party. After the party we headed to sing K and we friends had a few bottles of Kampai alcoholic drink. And guess what..

Don't ask me why i am wearing my fren;s scarf, butterfly belt and handbag. I've no idea too.

To rediscover myself, i made a whole new equation for myself.

Normal Keijoe + alcohol = Butterfly-belted, handbagging-scarfy dude

All these words came from friends of mine which follow my blog all these while. They have been wondering why i did not update my blog for a long time.

Well, for a start, i've been busy with my thesis work. All 120 pages of non-plagiarised writing by myself. The pressure is mounting soon enough when the deadline to submit the thesis is approaching.

The lack of update on my blog is also due to incidents and uncertainty in my life. Life for me in the past 3 months have not been good for me. I've been at the bottom of my life for the past few months. Meeting the wrong person, unlucky incident and much more. But for now, everything is much more better already!

I don't want to elaborate more into that because i don't want my blog to become an emo blog. Haha!

I want to start living my life now. No more regretting about past. Everyone deserve to be happy!

Blue Monday

Today is monday.

Need not for me to remind people around that today is the worst day in the 7 days in a week.

Today was no exception for me as well. I've done something today that i regret for half hour of my life.

It started when i was driving along a busy road on the way to dinner with my fren. I turned into a one way road and i realized it. It was too late thou. I was unable to reverse nor proceed forward. So i'm stucked in the road there for half and hour.

Well, i dont usually write such emo post on my blog, but hey, guys also have his time of the month alright ;(

Why?

I know i've been busy for the past few months.

I know i've not been updating my blog for more than 3 months now.

I know i sometimes lazy to update the blog due to final year project.

I know the sun rise in the east and set in the west.

I know Michael Jackson is dead.

I know i still got my brain attacted inside my head.

But one thing i dont really know.

What is wrong with this woman?!

WTF IS WRONG WITH HER?

I almost became a killer

The story happens when i was travelling home from yum cha at night. It was quite late at night or i should say 'early' morning 2am. The road was clear and there is hardly any cars around. So i sped my way home.

I was travelling around 70 km/h when i saw there is dog sitting right smack in the middle of the road. So, without care i kept on going assuming that the dog will stay sit in the road. But i was wrong. Very Wrong indeed.

It was around 15 metres from the dog when it suddenly get up and walk towards my car's path. I slammed on the brakes and lock my wheels. Tires were screaming to stop. And to the very last milimeter before impact, miraculously my car was able to stop in time before hitting the poor old dog. I felt that i risk my life and car to save the dog's life.

I'm very proud of what i did. But unfortunately, all i got back from the dog is a anguish and vengeful bark. I'm not so sure what the dog is babbling about, but i think it is something like "MCHBBQRONALDOMCB"


The moral of the story?
Just ram the damn dog

Who can resist a pack of tasty roasted duck rice? Hardly. I swear that the roasted duck rice looked so nice that i can gulp all of that in 3 bites.


I walked to the table, pull out the chair from my dining table and was well sit in my comfy dining chair. I opened the silky polystyrene food box and was just about to bite in those succulent and juicy roasted duck.

But unfortunately, i was alerted by a sudden call from my friend. We chat about 5 minutes before i returned to my lunch. To my horror, i saw this.



Eat my roasted duck also nvm la BUT WHAT THE HECK!! THEY EVEN LAY EGGS THERE!!!DAMN YOU FLIES

Review : Ten Good Japanese Restaurant

I'm back!

After been off blogging for slightly more than a month, i'm all back rejuvenated. I called it blogger's break. Some called it lazy break.

Whatever it is, all that matter now is that i'm back on track of blogging. Hopping around my hometown Ipoh in search of good food.


Normally, people associate Ipoh with its famous Bean Sprout Chicken aka nga choi kai.

Well, i'm searching for something out of the ordinary in Ipoh and it had landed me on this Japanese restaurant called Ten Good.

I've been there for a number of times and i've decided to visit the restaurant again for blogging purposes.

Lying smack in the middle of old town of Ipoh, the one-shop lot restaurant was the least likely to attract your attention. I was quite reluctant at first to step into the restaurant but curiosity push me through.

After a warm Japanese greetings by the waitress inside, i sat inside well lit compartment of wooden chair. I waste no time and starts to order.

It was a full 30mins later only the first order arrives.


It was the Seafood Rice Dinner set @ RM 25. The thing that attracts my attention is this cute little steam egg that is well decorated but the taste of this dish doesn't live up to its nice presentation.

Next up is my favourite. The sushi for 3pax @ RM 35.


I would say that the sushi very much save the reputation of this restaurant. The salmon and tuna sushi was out of this world. Way better that the overrated Sushi King i would say.

The fresh and thick salmon and tuna fish slice on top was fresh and a pleasure to be inside my mouth. The sushi was so fresh that it feels like the fish is very much still alive inside my mouth! Ok, maybe i over exaggerate abit XD but it very much live up to the fundamental of sushi requirement of freshness.


With endless free flow of green tea available, i eat and chat to the very satisfaction of myself. It was a very pleasurable experience in this restaurant and i would highly recommend people to give it a try.

The total bill cost me RM50++ but i would say it is the money well spent.

Holiday-ing

I'm on holiday after my 3rd year degree.

Been circling and going around Ipoh for my holiday.

My Report Card

Wonder why i've been missing in action since my last post?


Exam of coz. It is hard to concentrate on exam while Chinese New Year celebration is not far. I've been working hard to improve my last semester's result.

Here is the infamous report card of mine.

But overall result aint good but aint bad. But still i lose to alot of my known gal-friends out there.

Ever since i was a small boy, i've been a scare-to-lose person. Call me kiasu if you like. I sked lose and what more lose to a gal.

I should be studying now as i'm still middle of exam season now. But i just cant resist myself from typing in this blog. I guess i finally falls into the 'blog-freak' catagory?

Well i decide to have some guidelines for blogger to write interesting blog post that is to ensure high viewing rate and grabbing the visitor's interest.

Well not exactly the best advice around but it is some of the common but forgotten facts about blog. As a result, i've compiled some interesting facts on how to get your blog traffic increase!


*Fact 1
Viewers prefer interesting topic.


Topics they have not read nor experience before will be a great interest to them. Try to write blog post that is not-your-everyday-experience. For example, rather than blogging about what everyone had blogged about "My Mamak Trip With Frens", you can try to blog it with something out of the ordinary "How Mamak Made My Supper" which is about you get to know the mamak make the roti canai and tosai. Add some funny notes to it and there you go, one original and interesting blog post.

*Fact 2
Viewers are attracted by catchy title.

Well needless to say that the first thing we look for in blog post is the title itself. It very much summarize what is the blog post about and give a rough idea how the blog post will be. Even is have a boring blog post, we can still attract attention to it by having some interesting blog post title. You may blog about your fren sleeping in lecture hall "My fren sleeping in lecture hall", it a boring blog post i would say. But once you replace the title with "The Death Of A Student", i'm sure your reader will read the blog post till the end because their are curious about what had happened.

*Fact 3
Hyperlink some words

This is some good old tricks blogger use worldwide. You can make your blog more visible and 'search-able' on internet by simple use of hyperlink. The more hyperlink you made to another website, the higher chances people will find your blog content when they search through Google or Yahoo.

*Fact 4
Viewer prefer pictures over word.

It is not necessary for me to say that we like to look at pictures rather than staring into thousands of words essay on your blog. Too much words make viewers to get disinterested the seconds they saw the blog post. Having combination of correct amount of words and pictures are the keyword here.

*Fact 5
Viewer prefer creativity

Ask yourselves these question. Would you like to read some old and typical blog post about someone's daily routine life or some blog post about someone doing Bungee Jumping?? Get yourself involved in the activities around you. Have fun doing whatever you like. It can be interesting or boring of what you did, but its all just go to how your creativity sense blogs about it. Blog it interestingly, viewers starts pouring in.
